During the recent federal election, Larry Brock and his team peppered Brantford with election signs. The day before the vote, five signs appeared in front of my townhouse complex across from a poll station. I asked property management if they had authorized, and they said "no". I've worked election campaigns for ethical candidates, and this was not something they would have done.

First time have used Larry Brock's office for help with a government issue, that I was unable to resolve. I had heard bad and good reviews but decided was my only recourse. There are 3 or more office staff and the one I dealt with was very rude, condescending, argumentative and not helpful. Needless to say employees are the first people you see and first impressions say everything about the way you conduct your business and office. They are the face of the organization and their actions reflect on you. Needless to say I see Larry Brock in different light now and will think carefully in future

I had contacted Larry Brock’s office asking for his support for Bill C-355 to end the cruel export of horses for slaughter. I received a reply stating that the opinions and views of his constituents was very important and that it would be taken into consideration which was nothing more than lip service from his office meant to satisfy me.
As it turns out all 133 Conservatives voted against the bill
but all Liberals and NDP voted for it which means the Bill now goes to the Agricultural Committee for consideration before a second reading. I was shocked at this party’s complete lack of compassion for the suffering these horses are forced to endure. This year hundreds of terrified horses will fly in tiny crates with no food or water for 28 hrs or more to Japan just to be slaughtered and eaten raw. ABSOLUTELY DESPICABLE!

Every single time I have called this number, the people who work there have been short, disrespectful, and missed the point of what I was trying to say/ask about. Why does this service exist, if the people there don't actually want to help anyone. I get we all need to earn a living, but if you don't like people or helping people, or explaining to people, what their rights are, or what the law dictates, you shpuld figure out other employment. Calling a government representative for HELP should not result in feeling like a burden to the people who's job it is to explain and help people in that exact way. This canadian system isn't broken, it is intentionally flawed by design, and hiring people who deliberately Don't care about others is a willful tactic
