No wonder travel agents are becoming obsolete. My stepmother booked a long waited trip home to Australia. Her “agent” messed up the itinerary leaving her in the wrong city for 2 days. She made the mistake of assuming the agent had done their job so noticed the error weeks later. Now this “agency” wants to charge her hundreds of dollars PLUS fees to fix the agents mistake! Absolutely shameful!!!! How you can claim to be experts and not stand by your work is beyond me.
