Very nice, clean, fresh facility. Staff were attentive and engaging. A HUGE step above the ‘chain’ pharmacies where they don't look you in the eye and process prescriptions like moving cattle through, one after the other. HIGHLY recommend and I will be using this facility from now on. Really kind pharmacist, knows her stuff and also gave me a follow up call the next day! On a STAT Holiday!! Who does that?! Can’t recommended enough. What a gift to have locally!

Wow wish I knew I could go about seeing a doctor this way sooner for a prescription.
It's was so simple to make the appointment when convenient for me and they were on time with the call.
She was very nice lady, respectful, caring and able to help me get my son allergy medicine without having to wait at a walk-in for hours with a toddler.

Ladysmith Whole Health Pharmacy has a wonderful, hands on service. They are very caring and are able to provide many services including ordering blood tests. They will also contact your Dr if they feel you need a consultation or prescription. It’s difficult to get medical help in a timely manner these days. Ladysmith Wholehealth Pharmacy can provide immediate help for most health problems.

I walked in completely unannounced. This pharmacist has the most gentle way about her. She is kind, well spoken, knowledgeable and actually listened to me. Right away, I was booked with a telehealth, Dr. Appt., for tommorrow to assist us to find a prescription to assist in my situation. No 6 hour wait at a clinic for what needs medical assistance but not at an emergency level. Her staff were very proficient and carried the same calm, kind demeanor throughout the consultation. Thank you, ladies. You are the best.

Was suffering from a sinus infection and pharmacist Shabnam was able to book me a telehealth appointment and fill a prescription. This was so easy and helpful especially for someone who works through the week and does not have a family doctor.
Such a great experience and lovely staff. Will definitely be working with them again in the future!
