Only 1 star, not allowed to do less than that. Terrible terrible experience my wife and I had with Lacy Kress. At first, she explained things clearly and got us approved in days. Our world was a happy place!! She instructed our realtor and ourselves to remove conditions on our new home (business as usual).... only to find out 10 days later that we were never really approved and a few more conditions had to be met, apparently she sent the wrong information. One lender, two lenders, three lenders, four lenders in less than 2 weeks they all declined our deal. We kept asking "please let the seller know that our deal is not happening", no one listened, they all (broker and realtor) asked us to wait and wait. In the end, my wife and I made the tough decision to continue with the sale of our home, but unfortunately ended up homeless. When we asked Lacy what happened, she said "sorry I assumed everything was good". I'm not a mortgage expert, but never assume nothing in this business. You are dealing with people's livelihoods. Word of advise, look for someone else with a more solid record.

It was my first experience in buying a house. I could not imagine having done it without Lacy-J. She was amazing. It was great to have someone to explain everything to me and keep track of all the paperwork that is needed. She is professional and accommodating. I would recommend her!
