un filet de saumon acheté samedi 16 chez Safeway, Oliver center, Edmonton, préparé façon meunière le même soir, absolument dégueulasse - un fort goût de vase inattendu chez un poisson d'eau vive, claire et froide.
Même le lendemain servi froid en mayonnaise toujours immangeable.
Je n'en rachèterai jamais.

Finally a land raised salmon that is amazing. I grew up on the ocean fishing myself and would only eat the salmon I catch as all farmed salmon I have has been gross not to mention the harm on the ocean. Saw this in a restaurant and was intrigued by it as I have never heard of it and want to support land raised salmon. It was incredible. No horrible fishy taste you get from most farmed salmon. I would 100% eat this again if I found it in a restaurant or for sale. Thanks for making this happen in BC.

Anybody who says that the fish has a terrible taste is clearly a fake review, i am from Australia and we have a rich choice of various fish and having eaten alot of fish in my life i know the difference between the cheap farm raised fish that 99% of people eat, the fish i tried from this farm was exceptional and knowing that it was disease free unlike the majority of salmon which needs to be treated for disease, you begin to understand why fish from this farm in particular have a fresh almost wild fish taste and considering the pollution of our oceans is probably even healthier
