I had a very disappointing experience with Knight Archer Insurance, particularly with their agent Peter. I reached out to inquire about a new insurance quote, as I was already receiving the same price with a lower deductible from the same company through a different broker and RBC. Peter assured me that he would contact the company and provide me with an update by November 1st. However, as of November 29th, I have yet to hear back from him, despite multiple attempts on my part to reach them.

I called their office numerous times but never received an answer. I also provided my phone number for a callback, yet I have not received any follow-up communication. This lack of response and customer service has left me frustrated, especially since I need to make a decision before my insurance policy expires in order to switch to a better quote.

It has been over a month since I first reached out to Peter, and I have not received any assistance or the promised updates. Given this experience, I would be hesitant to recommend Knight Archer Insurance, especially if you're looking for timely and reliable service.

In times that we live in relationships with insurance brokers and staff are important. OVer the past year I've sought help and information from Knight Archer Insurance, specifcally Dylan Cashion, whom I met a few years ago at the office to begin our business association with the agency. Most recently I sent , questions about liability, coverage on automobile losses to Dylan. He was prompt and concise in his response. About 9 months ago he was very helpful in resolving a costing issue from our actual insurance company. In closing, having Dyaln at the helm gives this senior citzen comfort in knowing he is there and I do place my confidence in his abilities.

*UPDATE* since this was sold to knight archer it's been terrible. Zero customer service, avoid if possible and make sure you transfer before the contract auto renews! Loved asset insurance but there's nothing left of that company.

** have been with asset for almost 10 years, during which i have insured almost 20 vehicles. always great service and very personal. other companies you struggle to speak with the same person in the same day, let alone months or years apart. not the case with asset. had an accident recently that was not typical (other driver did not provide insurace.) Erin went the extra mile and was able to track down the required information. well above and beyond the scope of what a broker is expected to do for a customer. on top of that has taken my series of phone calls asking questions that again, are above and beyond the scope and has answered with out any hesitation. i have recommended them in the past to family and friends and will continue to do so. calling your broker and having a person answer speaks for itself.

Asset insurance is great! Cam is the person you would like to get in touch with. He was knowledgeable and very patient with all my questions. He was able to get my home and car insurance bundled together for a great deal! I was calling other companies myself which were giving me a very high rate! I highly recommend the team at Asset!
