I see you guys already have almost exclusively 5 star reviews but I just had to drop a line to say thank you. Here's my story from this morning: I had drained the battery on my 2022 Super Duty King Ranch. In the boosting / start up sequence I had triggered a check engine light. I stopped in at the Ford dealership in Thamesville and they wanted $76 just to plug in their scan tool. So I went to see the Klippenstein guys, whom I already knew well, and they did me the favor of deleting my check engine light free of charge. Top notch service and great communication.

As past Director of Sales for many years at the Lord Elgin Hotel in Ottawa, customer reviews we treated with great respect and always with a follow up

In todays day and age with social media in full play, reviews can make or break a business-hence when I saw all the 5 star reviews with Klippenstein, I just knew I had come to the right place

Then I had the pleasure of meeting Margaret, initially over the phone-then in person

Being the first and last person for whom you will be dealing with, trust me, you won’t be disappointed

Her calm demeanour, welcoming personality and outstanding knowledge of the business, puts one at immediate ease

After Robert the mechanic located my problem, Margaret then went over with me via video of exactly the issue
A copy of that video was then sent to my email for my observation

A few days later, Robert followed up with a phone call-going over the 3 options I had with final costs including tax

Margaret then got back to me to see if any decision had been made on my part-needless to say, a decision was made-my car is going in April 2nd for service

As if this wasn’t already an example of exemplary service, Margaret then informed me a loaner car if needed, would me made available-at no charge!!

What more is to be said…

I am so impressed with this state-of-the-art outfit

Margaret-as the front line manager, you truly are an asset to your company-can’t thank both you and Robert enough, for following up so diligently

Seriously the absolute best dealership around, the staff is extremely friendly and will do whatever it takes to keep you happy. They made my first buying experience an amazing one, they stayed two hours late just to put new wheels on my new truck and also did some extra work to the front bumper so that the tires fit safely since I brought my own.

I can honestly say Klippenstein will be the first place I look to find a new vehicle from now on, and I’d recommend them to anyone.

Not a lucky day for me when my brake dust shield partially broke off after arriving for a day of site work 2 hours from home. Klippenstein Team to the rescue! They booked me in on short notice, were super kind and flexible when CAA tow times changed, made the vehicle drivable again, gave a complimentary wash and vacuum (totally not expected given the short time they had!!) and generously dropped my car back off for me at my work site no questions asked! They kept me well informed of the status throughout the day and turned what was initially a stressful situation into a lovely experience! Thank you all for taking great care of me and my vehicle!
