Kip and Mike are fantastic. Kip helped me buy my first house in 94. He knows the local market here extremely well, and will help negotiate the best price if buying, and maximize your return if selling. Him and Mike have helped me buy and sell several times, including renewing and refinancing. Very knowledgeable, and makes either of these processes stress free. Check with your branch when it comes time to renew, but I highly recommend you give these guys a holler. You won't be disappointed.

Kip (and especially his employee Mike Memberteau) were recommended to us by two of my closest friends. Both of them had obviously been very impressed by the service they'd received. One of my friends said that "the secret to getting ahead in any area is finding the Mike Memberteau of that thing", so I went in with high expectations.

I was not disappointed, and can also say that success in life depends on finding people like Mike to help you with whatever task you're working on.

Mike has excellent communication skills. He was clear, concise, and ready with the information we needed at every step. The information was always clearly presented and easy to digest.

Mike was available and responsive. He was willing to work around my intense schedule, and got information to me as soon as it was available. He took calls with us on the weekend, after regular work hours, and was available by text throughout the process.

Mike was organized and professional. It was always clear to me what documents I needed to get to him, exactly what they needed to show, and why those documents were needed. The 'hurricane' portal made it easy to upload my documents, and it's integration with DocuSign made it easy to sign paperwork as needed.

Mike was willing to go beyond to see the deal through, digging up extra information when our lawyer dropped the ball, and recommending other highly effective professionals to us from his network as needed. I spent 8 hours speaking to different insurance agents on my own, but Mike's recommendation handled my situation completely in about 20 minutes.

In past real estate transactions, I have been disappointed in many ways, and this was certainly the first time I felt like my mortgage broker might have _undercharged_ me for the services provided. If you need a mortgage broker, look no further. You cannot do better than this agency, and you can easily do far worse!
