No words can describe how useless my visit to this clinic was. The Dr. does not care nor does she seem to know what she's even doing... No explanation of what is going on or what the next steps are- the rooms are not looking very clean considering everything should be fully sanitized. Would not even go there again if you paid me. I do not recommend.

The receptionist is very rude. This is my son’s family doctor and I won’t be going back. How can the walk in clinic down the road see him with his health card expired but not his family doctor. Clearly I didn’t realize his health card was expired and he’s in need of seeing a doctor. It’s sad when it all comes down to money rather than the health of your child. We will go back to back to harwood medical centre where they have never denied my child and simply asked for me to call with the updated version code when I had the chance to renew it and they have way better attitudes than this place! Wish dr gad knew how many people get turned away because of her receptionist!

Dr. Nadia Gad is actually a foul human. My 65 year old mother went to go see her and she degraded her, yelled at her, made her feel like a child and dismissed her to go to the family doctor. If she could have gone to the family doctor she would, there's a reason you're a walk in clinic doctor, to treat walk in patients that can't go to their family doctor. She should honestly have her license revoked and I will be contacting the College of Physicians and Surgeons of Ontario about this, as from all the reviews you can see she's horrible to all her patients. If she's so miserable in her life, she shouldn't take it out on patients and go get herself treated with a psychiatrist to help herself.

Doctor was rude. Didn't let me finish sentences or list of medications I was on. Said my eczema was self inflicted, talked down to me like I was a child who had never heard of her own diseases and didn't understand anything. When I've lived with my issues my whole life. I've got cancer and basic problems like asthma and copd and eczema and she went on to preach to me about my own medications I've been on for several years. Didn't give me the prescription refills I needed so I ended up in emerge.
I DONT. Recommend this walk in clinic to anyone who actually wants results or what they went in for. Another doctor practicing far more then she knows and can handle!

I went for a walk in checkup. The receptionist was friendly and supportive. There were around 3 more patients in the queue before me. Had to wait about 40mins to get to my turn. The doctor was nice and caring. Took all my details and gave the prescription. The pharmacist was even nicer and very well explained the medicine and how to take them. Overall it was a pleasant experience for me as a newcomer to Canada and first time visiting a walk in clinic.

hours on Friday say open until 2pm.I showed up at 1:15 with my very sick baby, to be greeted with a sign that said the clinic is closed for walk ins. The kind receptionist said she’d ask the doctor to see her since she’s a baby and very sick. I heard the doctor basically yell “absolutely not there’s no way”. I think it’s abhorrent to turn away a sick baby when you’re not closed. As a doctor who takes an oath to try and help those who are ill, this is absolutely disgusting. I didn’t show up after hours, it wasn’t close to closing. There’s no excuse for this terribly cruel behaviour. A sick baby is a sick baby. Not wanting to help one makes you a bad person period.

Dr. Gad is incredible, I'm proud to have an amazing personal physician like her in my life. Such a great office and doctor. very friendly and professional!
been our family physician for over 12 years. She is a very patient person who genuinely cares about her patients. She always takes the time to explain things to me in terms that I can understand. She is diligent in making sure my health is the best it can be.
