Kim was a great find for our unique needs for a mortgage. We tried 2 other Companies one said we were too complicated and the other ghosted us. Kim on the other had taken the challenge and found a great solution for us. She found the best rate for our unique circumstances. We thought she did a great job the 1st time, but not 3 months later we had to remortgage our home due to financial circumstances. She was great in getting us a cheaper mortgage rate, then 3 month earlier. She was professional also caring for what we needed.
