I came in by Charlene for the options that were available to insure my camper for storage. 3 options were given to me and I asked for them to be sent to me (never received anything) All the while my motorhome is insured in our property. never received or signed anything and for 9 months now I have been sent an invoice to pay.

Again this is a big scam! This never happens to me in my life…. Pay for something what I never agreed with!

Don’t go to this business for advice or options because than you automatically agreed for a new insurance!

this is a horrible experience!Chalane giz didn't told me the insurance renewed,because of this I lost my job.a month later,after I brought new insurance with other agency,I got the insurance paper from kensinton by mail,and she ask me to pay for it.I have no idea how to deal with it...
