The service I received at Kelowna Valley Insurance is one I don’t think I would receive elsewhere. Throughout my car insurance renewal process, Kevin was patient with me. He spoke to me in a calm and kind manner that made me feel very welcome. Even when I had to come back many a times due to things beyond my control, he was so so understanding. He had my best interest at heart and was very knowledgeable. It’s safe to say that I will always come back to Kelowna Valley Insurance to see Kevin. Impeccable service!

I wish I could give Patrick 10 stars! My Personal Insurance Broker always has the answers! Issues such as earthquake, sewer backup or aligning my deductibles with strata deductibles, Patrick ensures I am fully covered, he has detailed explanations instantly! We recently bought another vehicle and wanted to switch licence plates with our current vehicle so we called to ask if it was even possible. Patrick said yes, so we went in to the Glenmore location, and he was just as helpful in person as he was on the phone! He had some great advice and we learned some important things we hadn't known previously. It was a great experience!!
