Nous avons aimé notre tour des vignobles. Steve a été au petit soin avec nous. Il prenait des photos, nous donnait de l'eau au moment opportun. Dans l'ensemble une belle activité. Ps en anglais seulement.

I booked a wine tour for me and my friends.This is my second time booking with Kelowna concierge. We had Amadeus as our driver (and photographer 😆), he was so great so funny, and so patient with us. We had a blast. Would highly recommend.

Amadeus was so kind to me and my friends!! He honestly is such a girls girl!!! He taught us a bit about Kelowna and was super patient with our crazy selves! Great photographer too! We had so much fun on our tour but a huge part was because of Amadeus! Thank you again for taking such good care of us!!!!

We had the good fortune to be guided by Chris on our wine tour yesterday. My husband has Alzheimer’s and is struggling with mobility and Chris couldn’t have been kinder! He helped him in and out of the van and on slopes, without making him feel singled out. He made sure there were chairs at each stop and was so wonderful to him and all of us. We will always request him for any future tours, even if Tom isn’t along.

I hired Kelowna Concierge for my friend’s birthday party and had such a great experience. The vehicle was super clean and Thomas was an awesome host. He was really friendly and made sure we had everything we needed. Overall it was a really fun night and I’d definitely recommend them for any event or tours!

Our wine tour experience in Kelowna was exceptionally good. The tour guide, Amadeus, was courteous, knowledgeable and very professional. He made us feel comfortable and at ease, giving us space when appropriate and guiding us when needed to ensure we got the best from each location whilst staying on schedule. Thank you Amadeus, for giving us a wonderful, enjoyable afternoon.

A hugely positive experience from beginning to end. Jon was fantastic in the office, a real pleasure to talk to and great email communication in the run up to our tour. We booked the half day wine tour which included tastings at Mount Boucherie, Quail's Gate, Frind and Black Swift vineyards. Our guide Phil was fantastic and great company! He introduced each vineyard with background information and showed us to the tastings. He was a great guy to spend time with. Chatting enroute about the area, Canada and life in general. Can't speak highly enough of him. Would highly recommend this tour, it gives a small insight into this area's wine producers in a region that is hugely unknown to us Brits!! Everything we tasted could give most European wines a run for their money. Needless to say we brought a few bottles back with us. Thanks for a great experience!
