Kim was very helpful from day 1, but On the last Day of my trip at 8:30 in the morning I received a message from Westjet saying that my flight home had been canceled. I let Kim know as I wasn’t sure what to do next. Our replacement fight wasnt for two days!!! She got on the phone with WestJet and found out that I should go ahead to the airport where Westjet would arrange for hotel and food vouchers. I’m glad she was able to find out so quickly as I was able to get on the shuttle right away and head to the airport. This was on a Sunday and she was right on top of things! It was Jamaica so an extra couple of days wasn't too bad! The photo is of the pool at the second resort I stayed at!

My husband and I recently returned from our honeymoon in East Africa, and it would not have been possible without her involvement. This was no easy trip to plan...it was 2 weeks long, visiting multiple countries, multiple accomodations, a whole wack of flights/transfers to make...basically a ton of moving parts, but Kim had organized everything so perfectly that none of that stress was ever felt on us. We had all our booking reservations, transfer and travel documents, our itinerary, everything we needed was so easily accessible. She organized it all seamlessly, and because of that we were able to enjoy and be comfortable the entire time. She even made herself accessible to us for the duration of our trip just in case we needed to reach her for whatever reason (though we never needed to). It honestly would not have been half as excellent of a trip without her assistance.

Kim has recently won the "Best Travel Agent in Ottawa" award, and if you ever have the privelage of having her plan your trip, this will be no suprise to you. 10/10 in every aspect, will be going to her any and every chance I can in the future. There were issues with our flights and also issues with the cruise line, but Kim took care of everything, she kept us up to date on changes, requirements etc. and checked in on us along the way. She is efficient and caring...definitely everything you could hope for in a travel agent!
