I love my mortgage broker! He extended prompt, professional, exceptional services when I needed to move quickly after accepting a transfer at work. I needed someone who could respond quickly with flexibility to meet my needs. Eric was always available by both cell phone and e-mail. Any looking at a new or refinancing their current mortgage should reach out to Eric and Megan. We have done so for last 15yrs and each and every time have done excellent work. They respond quickly, do the leg work so you don't have too. Get the best rates and get it done when you need too. Just to give you example, 5yr term was do in September and seeing rates going up, knew time was now to get locked in. Eric got us taken care of quickly and just before another rate increase. It was smooth, simple and always in touch. Cannot be more grateful for having worked with Eric over these years. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!

Eric was an outstanding and experienced broker. He was able to find us the best rate at the present time for our mortgage . His direction to apply for the mortgage was simple and he patiently explained to us the steps of getting it. He was able to process our application fast although we got some problem at first because of my job but he was able to solve it earlier than we expected.
