Never hire these jokers or Greenscape Landscaping (Mike and Justin) for concrete work. They do not know how to make a strong concrete slab.

The owner/manager came along was rude and snarly to his staff and to a customer.
Needs to work on public relations skills.
Would rate zero if I could.

For years I really liked KC, but lately I have had very poor customer service. I bought and paid for a shed almost 2 weeks ago and was told it would be delivered early in the week. After phone calls I was told it would be delivered today, but after 3 more phone calls and 6 hours I am still waiting! Although I have not been rude my last phone call was met with rudeness and when I mentioned I was waiting around all day for this shed and needed to pick up groceries for dinner I was told they wish they had that problem. Not something you should be saying to customers!

Also ordered basement stairs 2 weeks ago and was told this week they would be done in 3 or 4 days and installed right after. Now they aren't going to be ready until Monday and they want to install it later next week when I'm not here.

It sucks being a customer and made to feel like you are an inconvenience to their business. To stay in business make your customers feel like they are important, honor your time lines and don't be dismissive or you may find your customers will shop elsewhere.

Unfortunately Google will not let me post a zero star rating. Have lived in Gimli for 5 years now. Two summers ago the "Windows Guy" from KC Enterprises came in the pouring rain to measure our house for new windows. Promised to get back to us by the end of the week with a price but nothing further from him. This past summer we again went to KC and told the counter guy who I believe owns the store our experience. He seemed shocked that happened and said the quote must have got 'misplaced' and took our name, phone number and address and said we would hear from them before the week was out. Once again, nothing. I guess business is so terrific for these guys that they don't need the business. Am doing major upgrades on our place and would not even consider going through their doors again.
Seems to be a Gimli way of doing business. Oh well, the stores in Winnipeg still enjoy my business. Sad way to run a business, if you can even call it that.

Unfortunately no access for a power wheelchair! You’d think a hardware store which sells lumber would build a small ramp to get in the door. My wife went in and askedIf there was any other accessible entrance because he couldn’t get through the front door. He said “oh”. Needless to say I’ll gladly go to Rona or home hardware in Gimli or Winnipeg beach where they have an accessible entrance
