Alison planned an amazing 12 day itinerary for our family vacation to Costa Rica. She really listened to what we were looking for, organized all of our excursions and even found us a better deal for the rental car. We made incredible memories that included a guided tour of Manuel Antonio national park (so many animals), stunning beaches, waterfalls, zip lining and white water rafting. She also found us amazing accommodations and gave us great recommendations for restaurants and local activities. Joyful Journeys organised our Spanish Camino trip from Sarria to Santiago and curated a beautiful day trip to Fisterre on our last day in Spain. We then went on a 3 day peek into the world of Portugal (Porto and Lisbon). Our experience was jam packed, but worth every cent spent. There was a bump in the road with flights and problems getting to our destination, but Alison handled it all like a pro. I walked the Camino 4 months post-hip surgery with 6 perfect strangers and one incredible travel agent who held it all together.

From start to finish, she handled every detail—from accommodations to daily check-ins to surprise flight disruptions—with calm, clarity, and quiet confidence. I barely had to make a decision beyond “Am I walking today or not?”—which was exactly the freedom I needed.
