Incredible service from amazing people! Jonathan and his team provided such a great experience. I usually hate dealing with insurance agents but this was honestly such an amazing and outstanding experience. I was previously with Intact and had my last truck stolen while I was with them. Let me just say it was HORRIBLE trying to deal with them and I mean HORRIBLE. Even my pervious Agent was ignoring me, literally as I recorded everything. As an 19 year old girl they treated me like a child. Took a month before they even first contacted me after I started the claim and completely played around for then another month. Wasn’t until I called and demanded a supervisor threatening to bring in a lawyer that they actually started to to their job (again I had everything recorded). Desjardin is the best company out there and I will stand by it. They treated me like a person and went way above and beyond. Jacquelin especially just radiated kindness. I walked out of there with a smile on my face and knowing I got a good price for my new insurance policy. 10/10 would hands down recommend them to anyone.

The former assistant, Susan took really good care of us.
Jonathan has been a pleasure to deal with. I've had some issues since the change in staff and had a hard time contacting Jonathan directly but once he became aware there was a problem, he contacted me.
For the most part, I've had really good customer service from this agent.

Jonathan & his team are very knowledgeable and have been helpful, kind, and responsive. They have taken care of life's changes / challenges for over 20 years! (The only downfall is the greedy corporate underwriters. State Farm actually took care of their clients.... Desjardins needs to do better!)
