My property was expropriated by Aberta Transportation being advised of the situation approximately 5 Yeats ago. I had my property up for sale personally for almost 2 years with another company. Went through royal Lepage for renting a property out and john for selling and not happy with the lack service we we had have used remax and dj golden in the past much better service when it cameto selling and buying. Listed, a property with John gave us a price to list at and then. After a couple months tells us he never did a walk through wishes. He did cause he would not have listed that high and that there were a bunch of things to fix which were things we asked at the beginning of any sale of a property. Was on vacation more then around He must be part owner or tied to Royal a page. Because he's not worried about selling houses to get paid. He must be getting paid through the business regardless would not recommend

I could probably write a short story about our time with John but I'll try to keep it short and sweet!
He is the most patient, kind, and caring man! It took us 3 *ish maybe 4? Lol* years to find our home and John stuck with us the whole time, reminding us it was no rush, we'd find THE house when we find it, and finally after showing us house after house after house, he showed us our home and we knew on the spot it was meant to be ours. Hes incredibly knowledgeable about the city and all around just an amazingly helpful person!
