We contacted Jason to be our mortgage broker for our first home purchase based off a recommendation on reddit. Jason was professional and helpful with any questions we had as first time home buyers and made sure to address any concerns we had. There was no pressure from him to stretch our budget in any way and he really helped us in figuring out just how much we could afford and what monthly payments we would be looking at.

Jason and his team were also able to make our final mortgage approval happen extremely fast. The property we offered on had multiple offers and in order to sweeten our offer we were able to shorten the time period we required in order to waive our financing condition. We had our offer accepted on a Thursday and Jason was able to make the financing come together by Tuesday which was a day before our deadline of Wednesday!
