I’ve never actually met Jared Little in person, but working with him has been one of the most seamless and trustworthy experiences I’ve ever had. I was referred to him by a realtor I randomly met during an openHouse . I casually asked if they knew a mortgage agent who could help me the right away.

I don't even think 5 stars is enough to give Jared.....he deserves 35 stars. We had a pretty grim situation and got not alot of great help from our bank, who held our mortgage for 8 years. They pretty much left us out to dry with not much communication and almost a lack of interest in helping their customer.
Jared was recommended to us by our Real Estate agent. We didn't know him at all, but let me tell you, he took us under his wing, and kept with us through the whole process of finding a house, maneuvering a mortgage, from a pretty grim situation, and never gave up.
Jared answered emails on a Saturday night, sent emails at 2 in the morning, and fought hard to get us a better interest rate even though we were approved by another company.
And he was getting married.....good grief!!! He saved us when we were drowning, and was our best cheerleader.
