I do not have enough good things to say about James. He has gotten us into perfect home that met all of our needs at a purchase price that we were happy with. And for selling he established a fair asking price for our house that we were happy with and sold it in less than 2 DAYS!
He made sure all of our possession dates worked for us and the entire buying and selling process was seamless.
I would 100% recommend James for any of your real estate needs. If we ever need anything in the future, we will most certainly be using James!
