The local tour company Exotica provides professional guide, clean tour bus, nice and charming hotel, and excellent crisis management!

Huge shoutout to iYen Travel, especially Lin, for being the best travel agent I’ve ever worked with! I first get to know Lin in 2021 from a friend and so far Lin has helped me plan two family trips and both were absolutely unforgettable.

Traveling with three young kids and parents could’ve been overwhelming, but Lin made the whole process so smooth and stress-free. She is incredibly thoughtful that makes me feel like she's my private trip planner (though I know she serves lots of customers on daily basis lol) Just a quick example, before we leave for our trip, she always sen reminders to complete travel forms ( with detailed instructions of how to completed them) so we can ease up the process going through the custom (a total lifesaver! Just imagine going through custom and doing check-in with 3 young kids and parents who's not fluent in English).

She also walks me through what’s allowed in carry-on bags for my baby and toddlers and even suggested extra items to pack that ended up being so helpful during the trips.

Every recommendation Lin gave us hit the mark. On our first trip booked with Lin, I was initially given a few choices of resorts that are somewhat at the same star level and price. When she came to know that I'm travelling with young kids and parents, she right away recommended the one that she felt best fits our needs given the reason that the resort has more food selections for my parents to choose from and they have small animals and birds on the resort that my kids would like. Ended up the part of having peacocks in the restaurant became the most memorable part of that trip!

On top of all that, Lin is so patient. I had tons of questions (and I mean tons) from choosing the destination to whether food will be served on the airplane you name it, she always answered everything with kindness and made me feel ever cared for.

If you’re planning a trip, I can’t recommend Lin and iYen Travel enough. They take care of all the details, so you can just enjoy the experience. Trust me, you’ll be in the best hands!
