Cody and Sabrina were amazing to deal with for our refinance! The team is so kind and professional and answered all of our questions promptly. We actually live (and bought a home) in Manitoba, but had family who had moved from Calgary back home who used Lorrie and recommended that we give her a call. We are very glad we did!! As first time homebuyers we had no idea where to start, and Lorrie and her team were incredibly helpful and patient with all our questions! They always responded very quickly and kept in contact with any changes that were happening. We found a perfect home in oct 2020, tried everywhere with other mortgage brokers and they couldn’t get approved, wasted 2-3 months.

But when contacted Lorrie, she got us approval within a week moved in Nov 2020. Will recommend Lorrie and team everyone I know.

A little late with this review. I only have great things to say about Lorrie and her team. They made it possible for us to buy our first place in August. Lorrie and her team had patience with us through some tough and confusing times. They all are very knowledge and were available to answer questions anytime. I went to Lori at the recommendation of a past client and I am so happy I did, although I did not work with Lori directly. Danielle was the gal I worked with and she was fantastic. I was new to and unfamiliar with the whole home buying process and she went above and beyond to make sure I was happy. Though I had the option to complete documents and mail them back to the office, Danielle set appointments with me at my request and reviewed all the documents so I understood what I was signing. There was an issue with my condo bylaws that would have prevented me from buying the condo... It was Danielle (and not my realtor) who got to the bottom of things. Even now, months later, Lori's office checks in to make sure that everything is going well... plus they got me a great rate!!
