I had an amazing experience at Impact Health Cold Lake! From the moment I walked in, the front desk staff, especially Joshua, made me feel so welcome and at ease. He was professional, friendly, and efficient, making the check-in process smooth.

This was my first time trying physiotherapy, and Raechele was absolutely fantastic. She took the time to listen to my concerns, explained everything clearly, and provided a treatment plan tailored to my needs. I already feel a difference after just one session!

I also had a massage with Mikayla, and she was incredible. She has such a calming presence and truly knows how to work out the tension in your muscles.

The entire team at Impact Health is professional and genuinely cares about their clients. Highly recommend them for anyone looking for top-notch physiotherapy or massage therapy services!

I highly recommend Emma for a massage. She can give such a relieving deep massage. So pleasant, friendly and knowledgeable. She works hard at releasing all your pain points, so worth your time. I will return for sure, you really need to try her.

Really disappointed with the quality of treatment. I was very clear and upfront in my request for treatment of a known injury. I was simply told to continue the stretches that I’d found through my own study and left to sit with a heat pack. Didn’t even receive the full hour of treatment.

This was my first physio session and I was skeptical with any type of therapy but Param was very professional, honest and knowledgeable. It was a relief to have my shoulder injury explained, in a way I can understand. Comfortable conversation during treatment, I left feeling confident in my 1st treatment. The ladies at the front desk were very welcoming and made walking in for the first time comfortable. 11/10.
