I have been dealing with ideal insurance brokers for almost 20 years. I own a business and started off with them handling my commercial insurance policies and i began using them for my personal insurance as well.

I have had a few brokers at ideal help me throughout the years and never had a bad experience. Currently, Fatima bokhari handles my commercial policies and she is fantastic. Just this year she shopped around my auto and store policies. She saved me thousands. When i get a new vehicle lease, switching policies has always been smooth and problem free.

I have had nothing but a great experience with ideal. 5 stars.

Bob Pryce was amazing to deal with! He really came through for me in the eleventh hour! It was a very stressful situation, with very little time left before my previous insurance expired. He came through big time! Not only did he come through, he had the best rate! I highly recommend Ideal Solutions and Bob Pryce! Very proactive, competitive and professional.

they send me papers of my home insurance without my signature. when i saw the papers of insurance, the details of the house was not even correct, they even didn't contact me to discuss my policy.i asked from them what is this, they said someone gave us your information for getting your home insurance; moreover, the quote was doubled as compare to other insurance companies. i cancelled the policy right away.

I had been a client for several years and was never satisfied with the service received from Ideal Solutions. The broker assigned to my file was seemingly incompetent and uninformed. Simply put my experience with them was less than Ideal.
