An extremely rude cashier manned the front cash. As we entered the store, the cashier said: " What do you want? She failed to greet us as most civilized people do. She also had the gall to comment on our lotto purchases. I suggest further training for this person who is completely lacking in people skills.

Hours are a bit hard to work around with my families schedule but the service is what makes it worth it.

The service here is hard to beat. They’re quick and efficient. Steve goes the extra mile to check that you know how and when to take meds. He’s friendly and happy to assist customers. I’ve gone here for decades. They’ve earned my loyalty.

The pharmacist and staff here are amazing. My prescriptions are always ready on time and they are genuinely invested in your prescription needs. Always making sure you understand them before you go.

For being a small town you would think the small town pharmacy would be friendly and welcoming. This was NOT in my case. The front young lady was EXTREMELY rude, not helpful in any sort. The second young lady had no mask on, looked at me and didn't even acknowledge I was there. Needless to say I would NEVER return to this location nor give them my family's business

The ladies who work at this pharmacy have really poor customer service skills. I only come here out of convenience but I absolutely detest having to call over the phone or go in. It's as if your call is a bother. It's a real turn off. The pharmacist however is really friendly and helpful that is the only positive.

Today they gave me the wrong dose of medication. When I called I said maybe the pharmacist should open the bottle to make sure the correct medicine is in the vial and the girl that answered the phone said I wasn't the first person to say that. When I went to the store to exchange the wrong tablet for the correct dose the pharmacist sat in a chair in the corner and made no effort to come talk to me. I asked a valid question and instead of giving me the courtesy of a serious response the Pharmacist on duty and the girl who served me were rude. I asked if the DIN (drug identification number)on the stock bottle is checked to make sure it matches the DIN on the paperwork the girl shrugged and said thats the pharmacist's job. I said I understand the final check is done by the Pharmacist but the filler should check as well that way theres a double check and she walked away and said talk to steve he did it. The pharmacist after hearing this interaction still made no effort to come over to me and just repeated Steve did it so talk to him. It wasnt until I said I worked in a pharmacy for over 20 years and I know that the person filling should be checking what they are filling that the pharmacist leaned over still in his chair and started to say they check. I reminded him that the girl just shrugged at me and said it was up to the pharmacist so it sounds like the filler doesnt check and I left very upset. Maybe if they had just given me some courtesy and actually answered my question, and were willing to discuss what happened, as representatives of the pharmacy i might not be writing this review.
