I was prescribed an injectable medication a few weeks back with almost zero help from my specialists. Ola was so warm and friendly to me and made sure I left feeling comfortable about doing the injection. It is rare to meet such a warm and kind presence and he can read when people are feeling overwhelmed and scared about their medications. I can’t say enough good things about this pharmacy and Ola. Customer for life (though I hope I don’t have to use his services TOO much lol). Highly recommend this pharmacy. We are so lucky to have him serving Whitecourt. His assistant was lovely and kind as well!

Everytime I visit this pharmacy my day gets just that much better because without fail the pharmacist and his assistants welcome me with a big smile genuine smiles and it really feels like they are enjoying themselves at work! They are are so happy it's completely contagious! You can't leave the store without smiling and feeling better about whatever you came it there for. On top of having a great store environment they are very knowledgeable and willing to go above and beyond! Over all your left feeling cared for which can be so rare in the medical field theses days. I wish I could give them 10 stars

I currently fill my prescription at Medhouse Pharmacy and I have had wonderful and pleasant experiences with the Pharmacy.
