My wife and I were very unhappy with our former insurer and we finally had enough. Susan Rutherford and the team at Hudson Henderson were a dream to deal with right from the "get go". She was extremely courteous and professional. All our concerns were dealt with in a thoughtful and efficient manner. Likewise, Steve Forsbrey was great dealing with our commercial needs. Two thumbs up... highly recommend them as a broker for both residential and commercial needs.

I was in an accident and my broker Trevor took care of everything. He walked me through the whole process and made sure everything was in place for me with my rental car as well as accident benefits. I can't say enough about their service. went in an accident you want an insurance company and a broker who will work with you and that's exactly what I got with Hudson Henderson Insurance. Not only that come renewal time they always shop around for the best rates for me.

I purchased a motorcycle for my husband for his 50th Birthday this past April. Due to the unusual VIN number (the bike is a custom Harley Davidson), my regular insurance provider would not even look at it. I went through three different brokerages and none of them would insure the bike. When I lived in Haliburton many moons ago Dawson Insurance was my provider, and I thought, meh, it can't hurt to ask. I spoke to Maureen Smith and gave her the particulars. She got back to me quickly and said Yes! We can insure the bike! HALLELUJAH!!! The person I purchased the motorcycle from used the same insurance provider (Intact) and Maureen was able to take that information and translate it into having insurance placed on the bike. I can't thank you enough Maureen!!! You made a very stressful situation 110% better and my husband is happily roaring up and down the road to his heart's content. The neighbours....well...that's another story! LOL
