Can't say enough about how wonderful Sarah Giroux has been to help us. Sarah's level of competency and professionalism makes her a real pleasure to work with. Not particularly friendly service really. They do not treat customers as valued ones. The "No Appointment Needed" info isn't true down there: it's misleading. I came on Saturday and the clerk, although she wasn't busy serving anyone at that moment, refused to serve me on the grounds that on Saturdays they actually serve "by appointment" only. She didn't make any effort to accommodate me as if she didn't care of keeping customers' level of satisfaction high at all. And her reaction to my questions was, as I felt, as if I've been offending her by asking them.
Pity... I still give two stars, just because the location is close to my residence and I'll have to come there again anyway.
Where is this old-fashioned - friendly and humane -service we used to have in some older days?!

I feel she went above and beyond to find me the best product for my needs. She provided several options and reviewed each in depth to ensure I understood what each underwriter offered. We worked as a team and she went to bat to get me the best coverage possible. I would highly recommend her.
