This is the worst insurance broker I have ever dealt with. There should be a ZERO star here, one is too much. I don't even know where to start, first it's impossible to have someone talking to you, the few people who answered the phone were rude and the only thing they would say was to leave a voicemail to the broker I'm trying to reach, which I have done already and told them to only hear back, so try again it won't be different from me passing them a message. wow! What great customer service!
I have also tried contacting them by email, but I only get an answer every 5 days or so, and it doesn't solve my problem, so I reply immediately and then here comes another week waiting for a reply.
And that's not even the worst that has been happening. The broker who was responsible for my policy was extremely rude, never gave me a straight answer, always so condescending, like if I shouldn't be asking such a dumb question, but guess what, I'm not in the insurance business industry, so I need to ask the experts, right? Almost everything I asked her, she told me to contact the insurer directly.
When I finally got sick of dealing with her, I called their office and asked to talk to the manager because I wasn't happy with the customer service I was receiving from my broker, so the person got my information to pass the message to the manager, and a few minutes later she replied to an email I've had sent to her saying that she was aware that I called to complain about her and she wouldn't be talking to me anymore. This was so inappropriate, how come someone in a company provides bad customer service and when the customer complains they allow the person to confront the customer, unbelievable.

After this awkward situation my file was given to a different person to take care of, and the situation got a bit less worse, the person is not rude like the other one, but it's unreachable, I have been calling and sending emails over for days and nothing, I can't get to talk to her.

Maybe I'm wrong, but I'm starting to have the impression that they're doing this on purpose, giving me a hard time so I will give up and stop bothering them, being such a pain in the ass.
Please, if that's the case, save us both from the stress and let me know at once, because I'm almost there.
I just would like them to have the decency of saying to my face if I am being too demanding, and giving them too much trouble, that I'm not worthy of being their client.

Erika Fischer is quite literally the worst broker in the city. She works with no sense of urgency for any matters.

She completely messed up with an insurance company, by failing to provide the right information to them, which cost me over $300 for no reason. Not only that, but she ignored my request to speak to a manager about this matter.

Would not reccomend this company as they seem to hire incompetent people.

Paula Gracie at the Hub is amazing. I can not even put into words my appreciation for all her help. This was my first real incident and Paula totally made me feel that i was in good hands. She is so personable that i totally felt right away at ease. She got the ball rolling very quickly with the insurance company helping to eliminate all the anxiety I was feeling due to the incident. 5 stars isn't enough. Kim at Hub International Insurance is always great to deal with. She gets back to me within a excellent time frame. If she isn't able to answer my question she gets back to me quickly. She is very professional while making you feel like you are an important client. I highly recommend working with Kim to anyone.
