Howick insurance raised my house premium because there was a "break in coverage" during the time I didn't own a home. Of course there was a break because there was nothing to insure.
They have completely thrown customer service out of the door trying to get every last penny they can unreasonably think of. Avoid at all costs. They cost more than other providers.

By canceling my insurance, sending registered mail to my new address, that I have email confirmation showing they were given my updated address, this mail claimed I hadn’t given them my new address.
Very contradictory, how could they send me mail without having been given my new address by myself?
Canceling the way they did, I had to start new, as if canceled for non payment of insurance, which was not the case at all. But this was a fine joke at the broker level, who called to let me know he had my address, laughing, he shared my address and through McD, the broker, CFS was sent to my new home to continue the harassment we moved to avoid. We moved 2 hours out of county to escape this group.
Brokers should be unbiased
Between the broker and Howick, we lost money and will continue to do so as we continue to pay to correct the injustice done to us by this company.
