Terrible et la pire agence de voyage jamais vu en 25 ans. On était servi par Anna Melkanova. C'est une honte pour ceux qui l'ont engagé. En plus lorsqu'on était là, il y avait un autre monsieur insatisfait qui criait. Ça donne une idée. N'allez pas là. Vous allez trouver que des problèmes.

Épouvantable service (si on peut appeler cela service) par Anna Melkanova. On vous charge pour des réservations alors que ce n'est pas nécessaire. Pas de courtoisie et pire encore me Melkanova s'est fâchée et a criée sur moi. Bof, minable. En plus impossible de la rejoindre par téléphone lorsque besoin, elle disparait dans les nuages.

Our family has submitted a formal complaint to the Owner and the President of this Travel Agency : Kenneth Mann, President – House of Travel Montréal as well as to West Jet Canada (mise en demeure) regarding several serious issues stemming from the lack of professional service provided by House of Travel in Montreal, specifically involving agent Anna Melkanova. The concerns are as follows:

1. Illegal Credit Card Practices
The agent retained clients’ credit card # in the system, which is a direct violation of privacy laws and financial regulations. This practice is strictly prohibited and raises serious legal and ethical concerns.

2. Misleading Sales Practices
The agent sold us a luxury hotel package Adults Only that included a beach which turned out to be completely inaccessible—despite our explicit requirement for beach access. This constitutes false advertising and a breach of consumer protection laws.

3. Refusal to Assist and Imposition of Services
When we raised our concerns, the agent insisted we should have accepted the hotel she selected, implying that clients must accept the agency’s choices without question. This is unacceptable and contradicts the principles of customer service and informed consent.

4. Unprofessional and Defensive Conduct
The agent responded in a defensive and dismissive manner, refused to acknowledge any wrongdoing, and claimed to be legally protected. Such behavior is unprofessional, unethical, and deeply concerning.

My travel agent Anna Melkanova is really the best. I bought three trips with her so far to Russia, Vegas and Jamaica. Each time she was quick, efficient and such a sweetheart!

It never took me longer than 20 minutes to purchase my tickets - I was in and out.

I am very satisfied with the quality of the tickets all her services are amazing. I will keep going back to her for all my vacations and I recommend her to anyone who needs assistance.

Terrible experience. Susan Gaitan did not provide any valuable insight into our South East Asian vacation questions and only offered up google type search results. More than that she charged us $50 for not booking anything with her stating "we do not work for free". This surprise left a huge sour taste in our mouths but will def not ruin our vacation. My recommendation: Do not use this agency's services....terrible. As a footnote I would also like to point out that I'm a very well travelled individual who has used many agencies in the past and have never been charged for not booking with them if I did not use the service...especially without notice. Bad for business guys. Good luck. Safe travels everyone.
