J’ai apprécié la chambre, elle était spacieuse et bien insonorisée. J’aurais apprécié un lit king malheureusement il n’y en avait plus de disponible. Le queen était très confortable.

Les employés sont fantastiques. ils sont a l'écoute des client, amicaux, souriant, se souviennent de nos noms. Nous saluent à chaque fois que nous passions devant la réception ou marchions dans les corridors.

I stay here for work every time I have to be in Lloydminster, and always have a great stay. The rooms are modern, clean, and have everything you need. The linens, pillows, and bed always set me up for a great nights sleep. The staff are always friendly and helpful. I highly recommend this hotel.

Finding hotels with both available rooms and meeting rooms within the same facility at a value price point is more difficult than one seems to realize. This facility came through in spades. From check in to check out, the process was virtually seamless and trouble free. The only point of note that I would raise is when you have two separate meeting rooms with different names which can be combined to be referred to as a different name entirely, have staff clearly explain that to a guest, rather than saying "it's right beside the elevator" (which also happens to be one of the two distinct names. Aside from that, would highly recommend.

Was there for a hockey tournament this weekend. Had a good time the hotel was clean the rooms were fairly big. Staff was great. Check in and out was super easy. It was a bit far from where my nephew was playing hockey but it was all around a great experience

I can’t say enough about how amazing our stay was, especially for my large dog who was treated like absolute royalty! From the moment we arrived, the staff went out of their way to make sure he felt right at home—providing plenty of belly rubs, and even a dog toy. He was living his best life, and honestly, I think he felt like a king! 🐾 If you’re traveling with a pet, this hotel is a must. They truly make sure everyone, human and furry, has a five-star experience!
