Megan was amazing! She helped guide me through the process of buying my first home and always asked the sellers/their realtor questions that I would not even have thought to ask. She gave great advice and additional information about the properties I was looking at. If there was a property I wanted to see and she was already scheduled for something else at that time, she would have another realtor in her team show me the property. She also helped me in the negotiation process too and I truly felt she was looking out for my best interest. Because I was buying the property myself, I obviously had a more modest budget but I never felt like I was not being prioritized. All in all, she was very responsive and it was I think only 2.5 months between seeing the first home to getting possession of the house I purchased. They also gave me a super kind and generous gift basket on my possession day! ☺️
