Houses look beautiful yes, I am looking to move myself and I went in to ask about the prices of houses and what taxes look like (that's the biggest issue with Millbrook). I asked what property tax looks like and the lady said mid $4000's to $7000's. Well, if you look at any number of the homes back up for sale on MLS their property tax goes up to $10,000's. Imagine the shock those owners had if they were given the same info as me.
You don't get my trust if you lie to me.

Very poorly and mismanaged builder for the the new release (Nature's Edge) in Peterborough. Initially their website stated 85+ townhomes to be released and once they saw response the hold back the release and only releasing 8 units just to increase the prices. Very unprofessional.

Constantly delaying the Fairfields release to benefit their own financial agendas. Released Natures Edge in very small parts to ensure they can jack up the prices each release. Millbrook has been delayed for almost a year and was initially supposed to release in the 500s (200k increase). Let's see how much they "re-release" them for. Pathetic builder and I am done waiting around to be constantly disappointed. My entire family lives in the subdivision in Millbrook. Looks like my wife and I have been priced out from greed.

Drove over an hour to get here, arriving at 4:30pm on a Wednesday, only to find the sales office closed and desserted. Called the number on the door... no answer. Not happy!
