I’ve been going here for well over 10 years. The owners care. The staff cares. I went somewhere else last week for convenience and regretted it immediately. It was the difference between a back-rub and a *massage*. Higher Health has consistently delivered quality care and experiences - from booking to aftercare, heated tables to fire cupping, whether it’s acupuncture, massage, or yoga (still waiting hopefully for yoga to return). They’ve helped me immensely. Make this your new go-to.

Lindsey was the first therapist who addressed my issues after going to 2 other companies She first did an assessment and then began working and focusing on me giving me more mobility and less pain. She even gave me some stretching exercises to do when I get home.

I’ve booked another appointment and had to reschedule but couldn’t get ahold of the office and wasn’t sure of rescheduling via text. The wonderful lady at the front desk (I’m sorry, I forgot your name) called me back asking if I needed any assistance, rescheduled my appointment and explained how the text prompts work.

Love this level of customer service!

I saw Lindsey for some bsck issues I've been dealing with for a month. It was my first time here and I chose her because of her bio and experience with injuries, etc. Before the massage she had me do some different excersises to see where I was at physically with the injury I had. No one I've seen yet did this. After that, she told me the areas she was going to focus on and what seemed tight in my body. Massage was great and I left feeling alot better, and the day after most the pain I had for a month was gone. I will be back to see her for sure. Thank you
