I went in on Wednesday earlier this week to look at the escapes as i was interested in trading in my truck. Got talking to Dave in sales and it was a great experience from start to finish. We went out on a test drive and i really liked the vehicle but still needed time to make a decision, ultimately i decided to trade in my truck and am loving my new vehicle. I have leased 3 vehicles now from Heartland Ford. All of my experiences there have been great They are a very professional group who take the time to make you feel valued as a customer. I have recommended them to several people and will continue to do so. In my most recent experience, I dealt with Brent, who is an outstanding sales persons. Took lots of time on the day of vehicle delivery and did a lot of extras for me prior to my arrival. Colton handled the finance portion of the lease, and he too was great to deal with. Out of all the dealerships I have ever dealt with Heartland ford is an 11/10. Their staff are polite, efficient and extremely knowledgeable. They really go above and beyond to help satisfy their customers. Special shoutout to Shawn on the service team. He pushed to get a part covered by warranty for me and even warmed up my vehicle for me when I came to pick it up in a taxi that they courteously paid for. They are so kind there it’s like dealing with my second family! I am a return customer. I live in Sherwood park and make the extra effort to drive to Fort Saskatchewan (out of my way) specifically to deal with the staff at this dealership. Hands down the best and would highly recommend to all my friends and family!

I had a great experience at Heartland Ford. Isaac was very professional, helpful, and friendly. He answered all of my questions, and I never felt any pressure from him or the any of the team through the process. I felt that the dealership gave me a very fair price on the vehicle. After I bought my truck, he was very thorough in his explanations of the digital interface. He also gave me his number in case I had any future questions.
