The price increase is absolutely ridiculous!

Folks look at how they respond to negative reviews! Any new business owners out there have a look at these replies and make sure this ISNT how you or anyone representing your business replies!

One year later the snarky remarks around price increases of 200% have finally been edited and retracted. I am glad that for one full year ahead of tax season consumers were able to view and decide for themselves. Hope you have a great weekend as well!

Everyone was so attentive and responsive when it came to filing my 2022 taxes! I love that they take appointments because I was able to have my questions answered without feeling rushed. They had also reached out to me about credits I did not even know that I was eligible for and missing out on for years, I got a refund for the first time in quite a few years. Everyone was professional and very knowledgeable. Going from my previous accountant to this firm has really made it clear to me that exceptional service is not cheap, and you are paying for their experience and knowledge. I will definitely be a returning client and highly recommend them.
