A great service experience. On a cross country road trip and our car stall on the hwy. Towed the vehicle to Harvest Honda and arrived late afternoon. The service department was busy but offered to look at it first thing the next day. Got a call at 8am and told the vehicle was ready to go. Turned out it was a rare, but simple, problem that they fixed in 15 minutes. We were on the road and glad to have been treated to well.

Jeremy has helped us with the purchase of both vehicles. Always goes above and beyond for his customers, never pushy with sales and truly cares about his customers. Can’t recommend Harvest Honda enough.

Brought my van in for engine vibration, was told it was a variable valve timing issue. I replaced the sensors with OEM parts as they advised, but the problem and check engine light (P3400) are still there. Waited over a month for the first appointment, lost a buyer because of the delay, and now they’re threatening me with collections for a job that didn’t fix anything. Very unprofessional and disappointing.

Called service to get my headlights aligned. The guy in service said body shop does that not service, ok and he transferred me to body shop. Body shop answers and said, we dont do that, that is service not sure why he transferred you here, I was transferred back. The same guy in service picked up the phone and said, I guess we do that and laughed about it. I didn't want to leave less stars because one person's actions shouldn't reflect the entire place. I do suggest the management do a better job in training service advisers to do their job. I will have to try to go back here someday and edit my review.

Hands down the most professional, polite and trustworthy dealership in Manitoba. Prices are always very fair and competitive.

My parents brought a Civic from Harvest back in 2006. They continue to have their car serviced at the dealership today. I purchased a 2016 Civic and have all my work done at Harvest as well. The great thing for me is that they come pick up my car and leave you a loaner at no cost.

Quality of work is always 100%. They don’t try to scam you for any additional work but always do exactly what needs to be done. They provide great advice on items that may need work in the near future but never pressure you to get the work done ahead of when it is really needed. I have been dealing with Ken at Harvest for over 5 years and absolutely love all my interactions with him. He has never steered me or my car wrong.

If you live in Winnipeg, I highly recommend taking the time to purchase or continue to get your car serviced from this trustworthy dealership. It is well worth the commute.
