Don’t have one.
Staff not knowledgeable, and was not able to establish communications with manager when I escalated the case.
I’m a previous customer of theirs, only trying to buy insurance, never had a claim.
I kept looking and found another place that helped in in a very professional manner. Don’t support this behavior, or it will become the industry norm.

Went to this place to renew my insurance on 3 vehicles. Did all the paperwork and then it was time to pay. The bill was $610. I pulled out my visa card and their machine said it was declined. I tried a second time....declined. They were all looking at me like I was trying to run a scam. I took out my debit card and paid the bill. I then called Visa and they said I have $18,000 more dollars to go before I am declined. There is nothing wrong with my card. I then went shopping at 3 different stores in Maple Ridge and used the same Visa card with no issues.
So, just a heads up, if you want to pay for your insurance using a credit card, don't go to this place. They don't even know that there is an issue with their machine.
