I had a disappointing experience with Harman Virk Notary Public during my first-time home buying process. They surprised me with higher fees than quoted, lacked transparency, and had poor communication. The receptionist was unprofessional, adding to my stress. I was left in the dark throughout the process, and my concerns were ignored. I wouldn't recommend them, especially to first-time homebuyers. They need to improve their customer service and accountability.
