I'm not sure where to begin. I'll start from the end - unfortunately, I did not have a good experience.

Now I'll start from the beginning and explain why, with several reasons:

1. The woman who arrived after the delivery immediately started making pizza without washing her hands, and she was coughing while preparing the food.
Thankfully, she didn't sneeze.

2. The gentleman who made my pizza, after he finished it, started removing the TV from the wall.

3. Another man arrived and went straight to the kitchen to cook someone's order, again, without washing his hands first.

4. Additionally, there were many flies in the place. The doors were open, which led to an abundance of flies inside.

5. The pepperoni pizza was made with large pieces of salami that were baked under a thick layer of cheese, causing the entire pizza to slide to the plate at the slightest lift.

6. Moreover, the price for the pizza seemed unreasonably high (29 cad for L pizza).

It felt like there was no clear distinction between kitchen staff and delivery personnel.

Constructive criticism is meant to improve service, not to offend the owner.

Happy Times has been around for a long time in the bay. Don't let the small size fool you . Mike and his staff can make great pizza, and has a pretty great selection of other food. Probably the only place that serves swarm-ma's in 20 km.

We order takeout or delivery from this place time to time. Seems to be getting cheaper and cheaper. First time was great, Chinese food is always pretty good. I personally enjoy a good donair sub, with lots of meat. First time ordered was amazing . Next time had less than half the meat on My sub . Tonight I got 5 slices of donair, also ordered extra cheese on it and barely any of that. All lettuce. WHAT IS GOING ON IN THERE!!

Absolutely horrible, we ordered Chinese food from here and I couldn’t believe what we got, $118 for spare ribs that are boiled and sitting in pure liquid with raw garlic, chicken balls looked like dried out shrivelled up walnuts, almond guy ding it was not, chicken chowmein was just noodles and chicken, the egg rolls are terrible crispy but the texture on the inside is the consistency of regurgitated baby food and abnormally spicy for Chinese food. Stay away from the Chinese food!!!!! Ended up making peanut butter sandwiches for the kids,

I have traveled north America coast to coast. I have eaten thousands of pizzas, but this place is like no other.

Happy Times Pizza is hands down the best pizza in the country. Always hot always, amazing, must important is consistently good.

As the saying goes support local, well I have to say Sam the owner should be given the title "best pizza in canada, made locally"
