The Saskatchewan Pizza Passport brought us here. Let’s start with the good. The pizza was decent, maybe even a 3 or 3.5. We got two two-topping pizzas. The crust has a great texture and crunch, though it isn’t super flavorful. I’d consider a return based on the pizza, but …

The bad: the price of the pizzas is absurd. I’ve lived in Saskatchewan for over a decade now and still don’t understand the affinity with fake two-for-one deals. $47.97, I believe, for two just fine pizzas. Also, the bun with my daughter’s hotdog was very stale.

The worst part was that the place was dirty. The high chair was the grossest I’ve encountered. Sticky to touch with layers of food, grease, and dust. Absolutely disgusting. We then opted for the booster seat, which wasn’t much better. We cleaned layers of dirt off with our own wipes. No excuse for this. Small children deserve better. Yuck.

Wish I had stopped here earlier. Today I decided to give it try. I got the Hannigan burger and traditional poutine and my daughter got the nuggets and fries. Absolutely delicious. 10/10 recommend this restaurant. Prices are great for the food you get. Will be back in the future 100% no doubts in my mind. Compliments to the 2 cooks in the back. You two did a great job.

Had the mushroom burger and home fries at Hannigan’s and wow—absolutely hit the spot! The burger was juicy and full of flavor, and the home fries were perfectly crispy with just the right seasoning. Great comfort food done right. Definitely worth the stop if you’re anywhere near Biggar!

The good: portions are large.
The bad: the burger was overcooked (burnt).
The fries were too salty. It took 20 minutes to get my food. It’s over priced, $25 for a plain double cheeseburger, small fries and small drink.
And then as my order came out of the kitchen an older man who was probably the owner pulled 2 fries out of my order before it was bagged and ate them.

This is a fast food stop in Biggar, Sk. Granted the food was good. I nearly fainted when he told me the price. $101.00 for 4 of us. The medium size soft drinks were $4.95 each. Medium not even the large. A hamburger, a wrap, a personal size pizza and ribs. Like wow! It was just way to expensive for 4 people.
