I purchased a 2024 RAM 3500 Big Horn from Hanna Chrysler this week and have nothing but good things to say about them. Completely transparent about all costs up front, gave me a good deal and explained it, gave me a good value for my trade-in, and there was no pressure and no hassle at all. This is probably the first new vehicle purchase I have made that was stress free.

So much better than purchasing from a dealer in Calgary, AB (I got slimed by one while truck shopping the week before, so the contrast in service was noticeable). I highly recommend Hanna Chrysler.

Absolute 5 * service! The alternator failed on our Acura near Hanna, and this shop bent over backwards to accommodate the repair. Part was received the next morning and replaced without any further problems. Professionals all the way!!

I told
Them my blower motor went as I was told by a certified mechanic prior and then charged me half he to read a code reader which takes seconds if not a cpl minutes. Got lucky with having a part by it being in Red Deer, and they lent me a courtesy vehicle. I also hit a prairie chicken and it wrecked my grill bought a new one but didn’t bring my tools with me to fix it. Asked them to put on my new grill and replace the rear window blade for them to charge me 300+ for labour at a rate of 130$ an hr. You think they would be well versed in their feild to not take that long. followed with charging me 40+ for parts but with no description of what exactly. Was not impressed with this about it and the best they did was remove .6 or hrs labour from the grill labour. Being all technical with prices but with time and experience. Good luck with place, only went there because I thought my warranty would cover it only to find out it didn’t.was warned they take a long time but felt lucky at the time when they said it could take a day to 5 depending on part availability.

Hanna Chrysler gave me an impressive service. From the salesman "Smiley" to admin staff who processed my transaction it was smiles all through. Even though I only bought a used vehicle, they still treated me like I was buying a new! Complementary full tank of gas and a gift set to choose from.
