3 years ago John did our lot clearing, septic system, all the diging, jack hammering for our new build. Today his team laid a new driveway from recycled ashpalt, which also turned out excelent.
Allways on time, professional service, reasonable price. Thank you HE.

We hired Haliburton Excavating to rebuild and widen a causeway from our mainland property to our island property. John was a pleasure to deal with every step of the way. His pricing was fair, he showed up when he said he was going to show up, and completed the job when he said it would be completed. I’m building in Haliburton and needed to get a load of gravel last week. As I’m new to the area I Googled for suppliers in the area and started calling. A couple didn’t answer and the next, a company with excellent reviews, was fully booked but asked where I was working and then recommended Haliburton Excavating. They said that Haliburton was busy too but that John was great at fitting people in. I called John and he responded immediately, explaining that he was on a job, was booked for the following days but could possibly get a truck load out sometime that afternoon depending on logistics and would let me know. He called back within the hour with a delivery scheduled that same afternoon. Etransfer was made, delivery done, and I got on with my work. Outstanding commitment and service from these folks. No wonder their peers in the industry are confident in recommending John and his crew. Thank you!

Very knowledgeable, accountable and hard working! We had a large project requiring excavation, retaining walls, and landscaping. Contracting in Haliburton over the years usually meant hiring someone who wanted to be a contractor but with little or no skills, they fudged their way through at clients expense. Poor results often hidden behind the facade.
Now finally a well trained experienced company Haliburton Excavating
Proficient and experienced in many areas of need. A call back attention to detail, economical, and the important finishing off of a job are qualities seldom achieved here. John Holmberg is outfitted with every necessary tool and the right equipment along with knowledge only earned by time invested.
