Josh and Joey gave me excellent customer service, being a young female I've had awful experiences in the past when taking my truck for repairs often made to feel stupid and always being upsold. This absolutely was not the case with haliburton auto they treated me with kindness respect and passion. They did great work and in a timely manner, will always go to this shop for any and all my vehicle repairs.

Had a front diff,rear diff,transfer case service,transmission service. Work appears to be good time will tell. $1600.00 ! Little pricey they did oil change I did not ask for. On a 2009 F150.

Extremely poor customer service. Had my car Rust Checked by Jason. When I mentioned to Jason about not being happy about oil not coming off the plastic on the back bumper his response was " I dont care if you are happy or not". I threatened to post a review but was told to talk to Chris the owner first who was just as rude. He didnt even want to hear me out. He said "I dont want to argue with you" and hung up. Is this the way the owner treats a paying customer? If he had of at least listened to me I would not be posting this review. Why would I go back there after that horrible customer experience. I will go to Rust Check in Orillia whom I called who told me its not common practise to treat customers so rudely.

Chris and his team are absolutely AWESOME. My truck which i use for my compamy was having problems. I called around to everyone and he was the only one who had availability. I explained to him if my truck goes down so does my company. He dropped what he was doing, went to the parking lot and diagnosed my truck rigjt then and therem he aided me in finding a temporary solution to keep me rolling until next week when he could get me in to have it fixed. Absolutely awesome guy and wicked service. Theres only 1 shop I will be going to from now on and thats Haliburton Auto! Thanks Chris!

I was very impressed by their customer service. I stopped by with a problem while on holiday and they helped immediately. And they wouldn't accept my tip! Said they just "wanted to help".

I needed an oil spray (rust check) so I made an appointment in the morning. It was raining and the owner/mechanic explained he would prefer to spray when my truck is dry. The oil doesn't stick on a wet frame. He made a special effort, rescheduled and we got our vehicle sprayed on a dry frame. Great service

I rolled up Haliburton Auto's driveway 20 mins before closing Natasha told me they were booked solid for days to come but agreed to come out to the parking lot to listen to the noise my car was making. I no sooner drove the car 20 feet and Natasha yelled "stop the car". She quickly showed me the front driver's side tire had a shredded hole on the inner part of the tire. One of the guys in the shop quickly checked the back for the correct sized tires and before you know it the car was outfitted with 2 new front tires and I was on the road again ever so thankful to Haliburton Auto for helping me out so quickly and my weekend was back on track. 😊

Do not go to this shop, they will rip you off and lie to you, they will say they fixed ur vehicle and it will be more messed up.
Verry bad customer service
Shop tecks are rude and swear at the customer
Would not recommend this shop to anyone.
