Acces facile à Port Mc Neil apres une journee en ferry et une arrivee tardive à Port hardy - mais 40 km tout de meme du terminal du ferry. Prix : moins de 90 EUR pour 2 adultes + enfants, breakfast compris. Mais chambre minuscule et breakfast extrèmement basique.||Acceptable pour une nuit, mais pas pour y séjourner.

The motel is a short walk from the waterfront, which was ideal for our boat trip. We had a queen room in the main building - it was reasonably furnished and clean, plus we couldn’t hear any neighbours. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. Unfortunately, they don’t do breakfast - staffing issues like so many places - but that’s not such a big issue since you do have coffee maker, fridge and microwave in your room. There is a good supermarket next door.|We were happy with our stay.

Affordable and clean budget motel. If you want modern decor and linens you are best to go elsewhere but pay double the price for it. If you don't mind the budget decor and linens this is an amazing spot to stay!

Having stayed at Sportsman down the road. I was looking to save money this time on a quick overnight stay. Depending on the month rates will vary. I stayed here in May for $75 plus 15% taxes. The next closest was at $109 up to $160 at Sportsman.

When I called to book a room to when I checked in. Both employees were very friendly and professional. Unlike Sportsman where you check in and out at the pub next door at double the rate.

Location wise it's Port McNeil so everywhere within walking distance unless you want a view of the harbour at Sportsman pay double. There's a beer, wine and snack store on location but I believe the restaurant/pub is currently vacant.

The room itself is your typical budget motel decor and linens however they kept it very clean. The bed felt very comfortable and newish. The fridge, microwave and TV also looked clean and new. The bathroom was clean and most importantly the toilet was roomy and fairly comfortable. I didn't try the shower but it looks to be in good condition.

Overall for what it is a budget motel. It's a very good value for a clean and functioning room. If you are bothered by the outdated decor and linens like some of the poor reviews here then go elsewhere and pay twice the price. My only knock against this place is there is no air conditioning. Lucky for me it's spring and cool weather outside. As far as budget motel goes, this is right up there as the best I stayed in at this price point.

It’s nothing fancy and doesn’t pretend to be. The rooms have cinder block walls and spartan furnishings but are very clean and have a fridge, coffee maker, microwave and great water pressure. The front desk staff are exceptional, as good as any I’ve experienced in a high end hotel, but warmer, friendlier and kinder. The hotel restaurant is convenient and the food is really good. And, once again, the staff is great. Absolutely recommended; you won’t be sorry you stayed here.

Avevo letto qualche recensione non molto favorevole e quindi ero preparata a ricevere un servizio mediocre. Devo dire che mi sono dovuta ricredere e alla fine la permanenza è stata piacevole. Il personale alla reception è molto gentile e disponibile. La camera pulita, silenziosa e la posizione è ottima.||La colazione non è molto variegata come assortimento, ma comunque adeguata per il tipo continentale. Noi eravamo in quattro e abbiamo alloggiato in una stanza con due letti queen size; lo spazio era ristretto ma paragonabile comunque ad altri alberghi più costosi. Direi che il rapporto qualità/prezzo è buono. L'arredamento della hall è datato e i lunghi corridoi che portano alle stanze fanno impressione perchè sono tutti piastrellati stile carcere, ma per quanto mi riguarda sono particolari trascurabili.
