Today, I had the pleasure of visiting Gurukirpa Travel in Abbotsford to purchase a flight ticket. I was assisted by Urvashi Malhotra, who provided exceptional service throughout the process. She was incredibly helpful, patient, and respectful while guiding me through the options and helping me choose the right airline.
The office had a clean and welcoming environment, and I was impressed by the professionalism of the staff. Gurkirpa Travel also offered the best pricing I could find in Abbotsford.
It was truly a positive experience, and I sincerely appreciate Urvashi’s dedication and outstanding customer service. Her polite and patient approach made the entire process smooth and stress-free. Highly recommended

Owner lady was very rude. She was sitting beside the girl i was talking to and she kept on interrupting us in between . I was asking more details on the flight and she was pushing the girl to receive the payment. She didn’t tell us that there was refuelling stop at Calcutta and flight will be long . When i found out and decided to wait . She told the girl in front of me that don't hold her ticket anymore. I didn’t even ask to hold my ticket. I would never ever recommend this place to any one . Very unprofessional and mannerless lady . Go and learn some etiquette before you choose to do this business .

If you are booking through guru kirta travel, please make sure your trip details on your behalf. We ended up paying extra money when we reach universal studio. On the top, owner was rude with us when we call them back to tell them.

Reply to your customer isn't rude. The way you reply or not accepting the mistake is rude. When someone is going first time and didn't know about the passes and blindly trust the travel agent then it's their responsibility to make sure their client is satisfied. On the top you already told the travel agent you have kids so please give as passes so we don't have to wait in the line up.
