Recall those moments where you wish you had a family member or even really close connection that worked in a certain industry so that you could avoid being treated poorly for attempting to contribute to another business. Mortgages are an important subject, it's what millions of families around the world rely on to provide shelter for their families, loved ones, less fortunate and the list goes on. Shelter in Canada is essential with its extreme climates, hence a home buying process is a significant one.

Gurbinder was an absolute breath of fresh air to deal with. Before I was graciously acquainted with Gurbinder, I attempted to search for a mortgage broker to assist me with my needs to no avail. Constantly being left unattended to, not being valued and being treated as an empty carcass swarmed by vultures. With Gurbinder this was the FURTHEST thing from true. He treated us like family, but of course customer service is not the dominant factor when it comes to something as important as a mortgage. He was KNOWLEDGEABLE, PATIENT, PUNCTUAL, UNDERSTANDING, GENUINE and HONEST. These may seem like basic qualities but are a few of the most difficult traits to find in others, especially in this market.
